# Changing account plan

If you have an existing paid account you may want to upgrade it to a higher tier to expand your storage or access additional features. 

> 💡 **Tip:** To change or upgrade an account you must be the account owner or account admin with billing permissions

### Log in to Accounts

Visit [Accounts](https://accounts.digitalphotogallery.com/).
Click the cog icon under **Manage** on the account you wish to change.

### Change Account Plan

Under the **Payments** tab, click **Manage Payments**.  You will see the option to **Change Account Plan**. Click the **Switch** button.

### Choose new plan

Choose your new plan. Click **Next** and follow the steps to complete your upgrade. 

### Prorated refunds
If you switch accounts in the middle of a payment cycle we will automatically send you a prorated refund for the unused period once the new payment has processed. 

> 💡 **Tip:** If you can't see the plan you wish to switch to please contact us on support@digitalphotogallery.com and we can enable it for you.
