# Adding a blog to a website

You may want to start populating your blog with content before launching it publicly. Once you're ready to add it to your website, you need to create a new blog page.

From your website overview screen, go to the **Pages** tab. 

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the **Create** button. Choose a name for your blog page and select **Blog** from the page type drop down menu. 

Click **OK** and wait for the page to be created. 

Once the blog page is made, click on the **Edit** button and select your blog from the **Source** dropdown. Click **Update**. 

The posts from your chosen blog will now show on your blog page.
