# Moving to Archive

You can move messages between the **Inbox**, **Archive** and **Spam**. 

> 💡 **Tip:** Messages are monitored for spam and will also be placed in the Spam folder automatically if flagged by our spam filter.

From the **[Dashboard](https://admin.digitalphotogallery.com/account/dashboard)** navigate to the **Messages** area.

Select a message by clicking on its subject line. Open the **Move** panel, select location and click the **Move** button. The message will be moved to your chosen location.
