Getting Help - How to get fastest help from DPG support

When you contact DPG with a question or problem, we’ll always aim to get back to you as fast as possible. Here are a few things you can do when getting in touch to help us get to the bottom of your issue quickly.

Email support from your DPG account email

To help us pull up your account history and investigate any issues, send your support request from the email that is attached to your account. This avoids us needing to take extra steps to verify your identity.

Be specific

When describing a question or problem, try to be as specific as possible. Your account may have multiple sites, several pages, dozens of sets and thousands of images. You can send links to relevant pages in your account, so if you have a question about a certain set or image we can investigate it directly.

Attach screenshots

Where appropriate, attach fullscreen screenshots of what you’re seeing, such as error messages or anything else that shows your problem.

Your devices

Depending on your question, it may be useful for us to know what kind of device you’re using. Tell us which version of your operating system and browser you’re using and if you've tried it on any different devices.

Websites and Hosts

If you need help configuring your domain, we’ve created a secure way for you to pass those details to us. Avoid sending passwords via email and never use the same password in multiple places.

What we can’t do

For your own security, no one at DPG has access to your account password. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here.

We also have limited access when it comes to billing and payment issues. We’ll always try to help when we can, but payment issues may need to be discussed directly with PayPal, Stripe or your bank.

Accessibility & language

Our support can take the form of anything from support article links, to annotated screenshots and personalised videos. If you have any accessibility requirements or preferred formats, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we'll do whatever we can to adjust our support to suit you best.
