Payments - Changing account plan

If you have an existing paid account you may want to upgrade it to a higher tier to expand your storage or access additional features.

To change or upgrade an account you must be the account owner or account admin with billing permissions

Log in to Accounts

Visit Accounts. Click the cog icon under Manage on the account you wish to change.

Change Account Plan

Under the Payments tab, click Manage Payments. You will see the option to Change Account Plan. Click the Switch button.

Choose new plan

Choose your new plan. Click Next and follow the steps to complete your upgrade.

Prorated refunds

If you switch accounts in the middle of a payment cycle we will automatically send you a prorated refund for the unused period once the new payment has processed.

If you can't see the plan you wish to switch to please contact us on support@digitalphotogallery.com and we can enable it for you.
