Orders - Order Confirmations

Order confirmation emails are sent to customers automatically.

The order confirmation email allows customers to reply in case they have any questions or queries. By default this reply address is set to your DPG account contact email. You can change this to a different email address if you prefer.

Changing reply-to address

This option requires you to be in edit mode Standard, learn more about edit modes here.

From the website screen click on the Notifications tab then Options. Edit the reply-to email and click Save.

Editing email text

This option requires you to be in edit mode Standard, learn more about edit modes here.

From the website screen click on the Notifications tab then Order Confirmation. Edit the text and click Save.

Notifications

By default you will receive a copy of the customer order confirmation email each time your shop receives an order. This is sent to your DPG account email. You can edit this to a different email address or add additional emails to also receive this notification.

Log in to accounts and click the cog icon to manage your account.

Click the Notifications tab. Select Manage to edit the current notification email (or Add to add a new one). Click the cog icon to manage the email notifications.

Scroll down to Website notifications > Website orders. Select the notification by ticking/unticking it. Click the Update button.
